#15 Purdue @ Nebraska

Purdue is looking to complete the sweep and more when they face Nebraska

Purdue is struggling offensively. With their worst offensive performance coming against IU on Tuesday, Purdue is looking to rebound offensively against a improved Nebraska team.

Nebraska v #15 Purdue

Nebraska is averaging 72 PPG on offense, with their top scorers being James Palmer (19 PPG), Glynn Watson Jr. (12 PPG), and Isaiah Roby (11 PPG). They are a decent shooting team, averaging around 43% from the floor. Tanner Borchardt (60%), and Isaiah Roby (45%) could be hard to stop if not contained. Their 3-pt shooting is not bad, but its certainly not good as they average 34% from deep. Their threats from deep are Thomas Allen (38%), and Glynn Watson Jr. (36%). On defense, the Cornhusker's hold teams to 67 PPG, and forcing 13 turnovers while committing only 10.

Purdue is averaging 77 PPG on offense, with their top scorers being Carsen Edwards (24 PPG), and Ryan Cline (12 PPG). They are a decent shooting team at 45% from the floor with Matt Haarm's (62%), Trevion Williams (59%), and Grady Eifert (51%) all looking to give Nebraska fits. Their 3-pt shooting is considerably better than Nebraska, averaging about 37% from deep. Their deep threats are Ryan Cline (43%), Eifert (40%), and Edwards at 35%. On defense, the Boilers are holding teams to 67 PPG, while forcing 14 turnovers and committing just 11.

While Purdue has struggled offensively, they still have options at the three, and with Haarms in the paint and Carsen hopefully performing a lot better than he did against Indiana. the Huskers will keep it close, put Purdue will pull away late. Purdue
