Midweek Madness is back after a very brief Hiatus

We're back, sorry for the lack of posts last week, I had a lot of late nights and couldn't get around to it, but enough about my personal life, we're here for some football.

Kansas v #6 Oklahoma

Kansas is not great when it comes to offensive production. Averaging just shy of 190 passing yards, and over 160 rushing yards a game. and their defense isn't great either, allowing teams to go 210 yards a game in both the passing and run games. Oklahoma on the other hand is a lot better than Kansas, averaging 375 passing yards and 300 rushing yards a game. And with the Sooner's defense holding teams under 200 yards in both the pass and run. As well as forcing an average of two turnovers a game. This will be a long day for the Jayhawks. Oklahoma

Kansas St v Baylor

The Wildcats average 160 passing yards as well as 240 rushing yards a game. Their defense is decent holding teams to under 130 passing yards as well as under 200 yards rushing. Baylor averages 260 yards through the air and 216 yards rushing a game. That with a defense that holds teams to just over 100 yards rushing as well as under 200 yards passing. Baylor will shut down Kansas St. run game forcing them to go through the air which won't be enough as the Bears walk out with a win. Baylor

#8 Wisconsin v Kent State

The Badgers average 210 passing yards a game as well as 230 rushing yards a game. But this team has an elite defense holding teams to just under 50 yards rushing on the ground, as well as under 150 yards through the air. While also forcing 3 turnovers a game. Kent St. on the other hand, averages 219 yards through the air as well as 180 yards a game on the ground. As well as hold teams to 210 passing yards as well as 260 yards rushing. Kent St will just  get man-handled by the Badgers, period. Wisconsin

Ole Miss v Vanderbilt

Ole Miss is averaging 220 passing yards a game as well as 200 rushing yards a game. Vandy is averaging just shy of 240 passing yards as well as 130 rushing yards a game. Both teams have terrible pass defense, but the Rebels pass defense is not as bad and Vandy, who holds teams to 340 passing yards a game. This will come down to each teams run defense in which the Rebels win that battle there holding teams to over 105 rushing yards a game compared to Vandy's 160. This could be a close one with Ole Miss scraping out a win Ole Miss
